About our Overflow/Temp Housing Services
Simple, thoughtful from Day One
Do you need overflow housing for a week, month, or even year? Housing that would include sleeping for a minimum of four including a residential queen or king bed, fully functioning kitchen plus kitchen wares, bathroom with shower, storage space, TV/stereo, everything you need to live comfortably. Enjoy this space while you’re overseeing construction at your business or home, entertaining guests for a holiday, just need additional space because of unexpected family members visiting.
Simple, easy, and efficient Living
All handled for you - easy right!
We'll handle all the details for you such as delivery, set-up, maintenance, and personal instruction on the use of housing/trailer amenities. Power is managed via a solar system and generator if needed. You bring clothes, food and any personal things you need - we'll handle the rest. Truly turn-key housing.

What You Get
Sleep Accommodations
The residential queen is located at the front of the unit behind the entertainment center and has ample hanging storage plus multiple reading lights. As mentioned, the couch and dining table convert to beds, if needed. We also have two large bunk beds at the rear of the unit.
Kitchen
Fully functioning kitchen with four gas burners and stove. Farmhouse sink with a fair amount of countertop space. Plenty of storage for kitchen wares such as silverware, pots/pans, plates, and cups. Coffeemaker, toaster, and microwave as well. Simple, easy, and comfortable.
Flexible Living Spaces
The living space is cozy and somewhat roomy with the slide-out. The couch and entertainment center are nice and easy. The dining table seats four and turns into a bed if needed. The couch also transforms into a bed as well.
Full Bathroom
The private bathroom is fully equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. The water storage typically allows for one shower per day for 6-8 days but can be refilled easily by yours truly, if there is no water spigot. The water and black tanks need to drain weekly or bi-monthly depending on usage. I can explain...
